Body clock, blessing and a curse.

I have a blessing and a curse in the same thing, my body clock is so precise.

I have not used an alarm clock in 3 years and then only to ensure we got up for a very early morning flight.

Bed around 11-12 and my body wakes me up at 6a.m, earlier in summer.

This is great during the working week but not so much on Saturday and Sunday. Usually up around 7a.m. watching TV, on the computer, making some breakfast.

I usually get up at the weekend because I get restless and the wife gets annoyed with my fidgeting.

Anyone else's body clock work like this?
Never has a man been heard to say on his death bed that he wishes he'd spent more time in the office.

I have never needed an alarm to wake me up, my body just knows when I have to be up, and if I don't have to be up I will just sleep in until i need a pee or a coffee
