    Capita cuts 400 IT jobs to expand offshore :: Contractor UK

    Is it me or is it a strange world where we give India over £1bn aid and our jobs? And then we talk about UK debt and unemployment? But they do have a great space programme and nukes.

    Thought I'd read that we'd recently scrapped aid to India.

    Probably smoke and mirrors though.
