It's the moment when Judah gives the water to Christ as he's on his way to Golgotha that gets me. Very moving.

On another level, the chariot race is probably the most incredible action sequence to have ever hit the silver screen. Just amazing.

I cant believe anyone is taking this thread seriously.
Everyone knows that Ben Hur could NEVER have met JC in real life, because of the chronological disparities.
At the time they were supposed to meet, Benny was on a chariot-speed awareness course, and he had accumulated 9 Romano-equine-SPQR01 points
so there was no way in the world he would have been giving JC a swig of water
