Why is no one moaning about the weather?

It's almost May and the temperature is struggling to hit double digits, at high noon. Winter used to be warmer than this.

Not to mention the wind and rain.

The more rain the merrier, surely.

Think of all those fish and crustaceans dying in dried up river beds.

IMO it is normal. The last few years have been abnormal and we have been spoiled.

Maybe they thought you were royalty, or Caeser?

4 C below average temps according to The Weather Channel averages.

Thunder and lightening forecast for tomorrow, so every cloud has a silver lining. Cheaper (and better) than fireworks.

Periods of sunshine and showers of very heavy hail here. No complaints though.
