Payday loans set for parliamentary vote

Payday loans set for parliamentary vote | Money | guardian.co.uk

I am a bit undecided on this. On one hand the payday loans companies are usurpers and the rate is outrageous.

On the other hand, those who use these services ought to be grateful for thesec companies pointing out how supid they are.

Maybe I should start a poll

Here, borrow some money at 2546% APR

So here's £1000, which means you owe me a gasquillion in 4 weeks time, when you'll need another one, to live.

By the way, you are stupid.

It's amazing how quickly banks can lobby things when somebody new on the block threatens to take away vulnerable customers whom the banks had every right to abuse on their own

If you were getting 3000%APR on it, then it's worth it.

Yes, I believe it is called Loan shark. At least you'll not need to outsource your wife being serviced while you are being serviced in HMP

I've been to prison. It's no big deal.
