          basically Mr Pad sir the numbers say that the share of income for the top 50% of the country has reduced but their tax contributions have gone up hth

              Yep. Example from the table - the contribution of tax for the top 5% of people in the country has gone from 39.6 to 47% between 1999 and 2011 but their earnings have gone from 23% to 20%
