    Last two Sunday Times cryptic clues

    I just can't get them:

    Live near Hertfordshire town in cave (6).
    .E.A..
    Hospital nurse bandaging wife's cut (4).
    ...N

    Any ideas?

          I get SEWN, but why BEWARE?

          BE = Live
          WARE = Herfordshire town

          but how is BEWARE in cave?

                    SEN - state enrolled nurse, W - wife, bandaging cut = sewn (sort of...)
