I ve been on the bog all morning

I had a chilli lamb shank curry on Friday night.

I did a bit of cycling on Saturday.

Moral of the story? Don't try and fart while you're cycling.

I had a Chinese a few Sundays ago, got about one hours sleep during the night and was staring at the roof for hours. Seems MSG has an effect on your sleep which I now know. Tasted lovely though.
