I'm out of mine.
I was able to follow 30% of todays discussions. Starting at 7am, it's been relentless all day, with a view to continue until 9pm tonight. We then start again tomorrow at 7am (500 miles away). Got to catch a flight at 10pm.
It's a shock to the system to be honest. I thought it would be, but not to this level. First time in maybe 8 years I've felt on edge. Nervous energy has yet to kick in, my head is spinning, I'm tired and my back is hurting. Self doubt is creeping in. Need to grit teeth.
I am surrounded by clever driven people. Maybe they're all winging it as well?
How often do you guys find yourselves out of your comfort zone and what do you do?
