I'm not normally here on a weekend but just got a callout from the client

    and I'm not even on-call.

I'm just wondering whether to charge the standard day rate or double time... I've been told previously that I can charge double time on weekends but I feel guilty making them pay me so much

Oh well, might as well make hay

        Contract,Contract,Contract

Check what you put in your contract before raising an invoice, I assume you have one, Otherwise yr just doing them a favour and asking for charitable donation.

If you haven't got anything in writing Assuming pro rata is prob the best you can hope for, Daily rate is daily rate unless you specify otherwise.
