    Jubilee Overdose

A couple of days of celebrations we're okay. I even enjoyed catching a bit of the concert from Buck palace last night.

But news and coverage of the event has seriously reached saturation point and getting sick of it now after 4 days ! This is wayyyy too much.

I'm no Royalist, but I did see a lot of happy people around over the weekend. Let them have their parties and fun and fireworks, and good luck to them

They should have had a private ceremony, no one gives a flying ****, apart from the media and the usual morons who eat anything the press feeds them.

But if not for jubilee what would the news be?

                  a) Phone hacking
                  b) EURO crisis
                  c) Syria massacres
                  d) Ministerial scandals

The news is so dull generally that one longs for a few serial killings to liven things up.

Listen, - I HAVE been enjoying myself this Jubilee weekend.

As it happens, got some family coming round for afternoon tea. Got the bunting up and have baked a special Jubilee cake with a Union Jack topping.
