    Got a quote for 3 times more powerful V8 car that is 10 times more expensive than my current one and the quote is just £70 more - the insurance market is total barking mad!

    They declined to quote online for Ferrari F430!

        It's general f all to do with your car. You can do as much damage to the other drivers car and body at 50mph whatever the value of the car you drive. That is what makes up the majority of your premium nowadays. Thank the whiplash brigade for that.

                Where you live has more of an effect. the car I bought to use down here was a 400 banger. insuring it at home was 800 a year (no no ncaims on second car). At my mates house where the car stayed 7 days a week it was 270.
                Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

                I preferred version 1!

                    A real Fiat is much more likely to be stolen than a fantasy Ferrari.
