Written the main processing engine, now writing the unit tests.

You don't work for NatWest do you?

          Apparently nobody does...

ClientCo switching over from one system to another without any major testing and launching a new product at the same time. Meltdown Thursday is looming

Still all those extra billable hours while I sort their mess

I said I was writing the tests. Obviously this is something that isn't part of their procedures.

I'm in, both days. Some others are in too from the Windows Team. They're in the corner laughing, talking about bombs and playing Solitaire.

I'm the only Unix guy in, and I'm a-grepping and a-awking like fury, they're not talking to me! None of them are comfortable with the Korn shell I can tell. They are well saaaad!

As I can't drive for a while I got a taxi in from the B&B, 13 quid for 5 miles! That can't be right! Bus back I think into town, walk to the B&B, settle down for the match, not going out to pub, be full of Taffs not supporting England...
