What do you see yourself doing in 5 years time?

Continuing the theme of appropriate answers to stupid interview questions.

'Probably another dumb interview like this one'.

'Pissing around on CUK and taking 20 euro dumps from time to time'.

    more?

I was asked this about ten years ago and I answered , “That is an inappropriate question to ask a contractor. I am not applying to be a member of staff”. I got the contract.

It does not harm to be assertive at interviews.
Last year I even told one pair of interviews that they are wasting my time and I don’t think I would be happy to have a contract with them. I was right, I know the guy why got the contract and he left after two weeks and invoiced them for a month.
