Given that it was probably taken from a file, I reckon the fear is of people discovering he's completely and utterly devoid of any economic knowledge; other than the utopian crap his party fed him when he joined.
Who gives a damn who specifically is to blame, I personally don't want scapegoats but want to try and use this past 2 years to get some regulation in to protect us against corruption.
Corrupt police, corrupt ministers, corrupt bankers and now even the BoE is implicated....

Could be interesting.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
