    Tip for insomniacs

    Breath in over a count of 4 seconds
    Breath out over a count of 6 seconds
    Repeat for 15 minutes


    I've been doing for 6 months and it's worked brilliantly, got several friends on to it too.

    I agree. I went through a period many years ago when for various reasons I had serious difficulty getting to sleep. Breathing techniques worked for me.
    ...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...
