Problem with my neighbour

He has been quite moody today - then started muttering to himself and rocking in his chair.

He is strange at the best of times - but it seems to get worse just before a new moon.

Now he has put headphones on. Do you think I should ask him what is wrong or just ignore him?

Are the headphones connected to anything? Not a good sign if they aren't.
