    Socialist or another opportunist?

Blair's son Euan wants to stand as an MP. He was working as an investment banker for Morgan Stanley, his mother and father are multimillionaires and he alleges he's a passionate socialist. Who is going to vote for him? I can't see socialists being keen on him.

He's also got a degree in ancient history. How the flip did he even end up working in a bank?

I think you'll find it's JP Morgan his father was associated with, not Morgan Stanley.

But it's an interesting point being made about the Blairs possibly becoming the next "Kennedy's". I wonder whether democrat (left-wing) John F Kennedy would have borrowed the US government into oblivion like the snot goblin had he not been assassinated after only the first two years?

He probably is a socialist. Some people who've become rich with little effort remain left wing, because they assume it's as easy for everyone else.

Euan "works" at Morgan Stanley. Tony "works" at JP Morgan.

Maybe Euan would be a good prime minister? His dad was a disaster - but he might be okay.
