Idiot team member cannot cope then passes blame

Handed over some code last night - I even stayed late to explain it. All working perfectly - though the idiot seemed very vacant. He made a change - now it does not work and he is trying to blame me. Says it was broken when it was handed over when clearly it was not. What a muppet.

How does one cope with these numpties?

Dodgy agent of course. Seems he has some contacts with Regus.

I would suggest rebuilding from source-control from the last successful build (when you handed it over), then compare changes since then.

You didn't stay late to explain it. You minced off at 5.30 with your little briefcase hanging down like a handbag.

Of course. As soon as he returns from blubbing outside I am going to try to use my briefcase to knock some sense into him.

What happens in General, stays in General.
