going as a self employed contractor

hi i've had a look in to it and we can become a self employed contractor under the cis scheme as its for construction and heating, our only concern is if it does not work out as planned would we have to pay anything to hmrc or any one else other than tax due?

also if we are only getting work from 1 company is this a problem in any way or will we have to get work from other company's

Well done. Just one tip if I may...

Learn how to use capital letters at the start of sentences. Otherwise you will run the risk of either looking like a child who can't write properly, or someone who doesn't give a 5hite about the detail.
