    Anyone tried Melatonin?

I bought some on a trip to America some years ago, its supposed to help with jet lag, help you sleep etc. Didnt really rate it at the time.

Fast forward to this week, I found it in the drawer and gave it another go. Have had a 1mg tablet every night and had the best sleep in years!

Anyone else use this, or tried it?

Big enough for me, feel free to buy new ones if you are bothered. But I think dates on drugs are a marketing ploy for the scared to make them buy more products.

You are quite spectularly stupid aren't you? But never mind Darwinism will probably work its magic on your genes by removing them from the pool.

I dont think it did anything for me back then either. Apparently as you get older your body produces less melatonin which is why old people hardly sleep at all.
