    Pretty terrible tweet and the guy is a sick ahole, but I think arresting the guy is even worse.

    I'm not sure how that is arrestable. What law does that break then?

          Glad to see they have the resources to spare.

          Maybe if the average citizen took up swimming the police might actually investigate the serious crimes (assualt etc) committed against them.
          Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
