    Asperger's

Anyone listening to Radio 4 right now? I shouldn't laugh, but it's unintentional comedy that reminds me of the OCD thread from the other day. The Today Programme's bods are trying to interview some girl that's written a book about safety for female Asperger's sufferers, but instead of getting on with the topic at hand she keeps correcting them about minor points of their questions.

"So, you've written a book about Asperger's and safety for women?", "Yes", "That's excellent, I'm sure that'll be very useful for readers. Tell me....", "But it's not out yet", "....em, what?", "It's not out until next year, so they can't have read it yet", "OK, well I'm sure they'll find it useful when they do get to read it. Anyway..."

I'm a Bad Person for laughing.

I know someone on the ukulele circuit like that. He gets sooo mad when he's given a spot on an open mic circuit and someone who's a much better player than him/us (don't ask...) is asked to play an encore, pushing him/us to last spot. I was relieved which only made him angrier somehow...

I don't think that word "Asperger's" means what you think it means. "**** it" would be appropriate for Tourette's.

Actually I thought this thread was about asparagus. Why does it make your wee smell funny?
