    My Success Story

    Thought I'd just drop in here and post what I consider to be (a shortened version of) my success story;

    Handed my notice in 3 months ago in permie land, and spent the last 2 months applying like mad, with varying levels of interest. Anyway, it culminated in three interviews being arranged last week, two face to face and one telephone interview.

    Both F2F went "good" but my phone interview was pants, but what followed was totally unexpected;

    Telephone interview (Banking) = offer
    F2F #1 (Utilities) = offer

    and then today a third offer from a banking client

    100% interview to offer ratio in the last week.

    Anyway, I've made my decision and my contract is currently under review with an expected start date of 1 week today!

    So chuffed, proves my decision to hand in my notice all those months ago was the right decision.

    I'm sorry to hear about the bank, but congratulations on the rest.

        a 100% hit rate is ok, but dont get complacent.

        a proper contractor would have done even better. good effort though

          But not as good as MF's hit rate

          What is it now 3000000000 interviews and 99.9% offers?
