            So long as onshore resource is doing it there is no need to descope. If offshored, you would get a box with a button on it labelled 'Some Keys', and when you remonstrated with them they would simply tap the gant chart and repeatedly say 'We are ready as per the specification, where is the test data, you are holding us up'.
