North East - ok rate for Geordie-land, no interview, start next Mon, trouble is I'll be in Spain, booked it with this is mind so assuming seats are available, I can return for gig, but thinking should I?

Can afford to bin it, not keen on two weeks in the heat (just going with kids who love it - I like ice and snow), might cost me 300 quid to come home for 10-15k a mo for three mo's so really be daft to be an arse....

I have to boom myself with reservations...

That's the issue with a warchest, absolute desperation is out of the window until it;s gone!

And I'm still car-less due to defib, not even bothered checking the train situation.....

At 15k a month that works out at approx. £500 a day and you consider that only to be "ok for Geordie land"?

you maths is off there. Most of the next few months are 20-22 working days long.

In that case it's an even more attractive rate.

It would take more than that to get me there!

At least he hasn't to try and get round team valley (http://www.team-valley.com/index.html) every day. While I personally like the north east the roads around Newcastle rather lack backup routes.
