IR Lose case attempting to claw back tax on Agents fees

For those who saw this in the Sunday Times may be interested to learn that the tax office lost today see http://www.taxbar.com/tax_cases.html and the judgement appears in PDF format http://www.taxbar.com/documents/Madeley_sp.pdf

Mind you I feel sorry for newsreaders who cannot offset an agency fee, but if you are an actor you can.

Can't be bothered to read it Z, it will be extremely dull.

BUT, I am sure I am not alone in saying, it always gives me a warm glow to know when the IR has lost at anything, so keep such news coming!

I agree. If he can just tell us to cheer or boo, it'd be quicker.
