I've now been 3 nights in a row with about 4 hours sleep

Should I still go for a run tonight? My legs feel willing, my head feels ****ed
    Coffee's for closers

round a park for 2.5 - 3 miles (depending on the route I take), I'm usually done in under 25 minutes for a 3 mile run

I tend to think it's best to take a day of between runs. That's just me though.

Can you class 3 miles as a run?

Go for the run, if you feel rough you can always run more slowly but do something to keep yourself in the habbit.
