    Arrogant contractors and crap testers.

I'm currently managing a project with 2 devs and a tester. I'm paying them well, but the devs work is truly utter sh!te and the tester spends all day looking at pictures of birds on a contractor forming telling people 'he'd do it'.

The devs are young & swan around the office as if they are god's gift. One in particular is always trying to hit on the typing pool telling them how much money he's got and how talented he is. They all laugh at him & HR are taking an interest. He's got fook all experience and I reckon he'll struggle to get more work. I hope he has a decent warchest. The tester is particulary dodgy. I'm paying him a fortune but he can't even seem to get his laptop started.

Should I fire them all & hire some new contractors or get a load of bobs in from some Dodgy agent?
What happens in General, stays in General.
You know what they say about assumptions!
