When is the latest the jury think I can cancel without having to pay.

Its not me its my f***ing wife. Midday is what I would have thought but the information sent back has got 23:59 yesterday as the last moment which doesn't tally with the day bit.

And I told her to do it last night as well.

1 day = 24 hours.

So 24 hours before earliest check-in, IMO
