The honorary first result has to go to BrilloPad for his first Iron Man.

    Total time 13:36 - 1:45 swim, 0.05 T1, 6:20 bike, 0.01 T2, 5:25 run.

Yesterday I completed my first ever race, nothing on the BP scale, but I'm still pleased.

      10km night run
6 weeks ago I ran 1:01:01 in my first ever attempt at running the distance in training.

Yesterday was race day and I ran 47:27, 200th place out of 1042.

Well done. I am building to a 10km race in November. Distance not the problem, my speed is just rubbish.

Impressive time - I would struggle to match that.

            Best of luck

            --------------

Dallas has completed 5 IM - I am not going to publish times so she can remain anonymous. And barleymow has done a few events too.
