    Spam mobile phone charges

You propeller heads should know all about this. My mobile phone bills are very high, like the rest of you I spend too much time here because I have few friends - so I do not make many calls and I hardly ever send texts. I receive lots of texts (before you kick off - not porn related) re lottos, PPI. I have been given numbers for regulators to make complaints but to stop these is going to be a shag.

    Any tips?

If you have no friends why not just change your number and be careful who or where you give the number out?

For example I have my personal mobile that only a few people have, I have a second phone which is just a throw away PAYG number that I can change when I need to, I give low life scummy people that I don't like talking to much this number, agents for example.

Two different issues. As Brillo says contact TPS about the spam. This spam is not the reason your bills are so high. Maybe you're more popular than you think or you need to look at a better contract. I suspect the latter.

Beats me why anyone who does not use their mobile a lot would use anything but PAYG. Basic economics.

Claim contract as business expense. Get new phone from time to time. Get option to be called while abroad for just 35p per call.

I don't get any but then I'm not in the UK
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
