America has spread cancer throughout the leadership of South America.

Hugo Chavez made the claim a while ago, after he (Venezuela), Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner (Argentina), Dilma Rousseff (Brazil) and Fernando Lugo (Paraguay) had various forms of the disease.

Now Columbias President Santos has cancer too.

The idea is as daft as a brush.

What would be the point of killing off leaders like that when new, younger and thus maybe more ideological and energetic ones would simply take their place?
