Depends on the time of day. Assuming you're on about a comparable time of day to when you'd be drinking booze, then tonic water, lime and soda or decaff tea

A rare occasion having the TV on and noticed lots of tea ads but not much for coffee.

I prefer Earl Grey or herbal teas, sensitive to caffeine so stick to decaf coffee.

First tea of the day is hard to beat.

Mango Rubicon - but only the fizzy 500ml bottles, the cartons and cans aren't the same. And only the ones that say 89p on, one place in Newcastle charged me £1.79, in the ethnic minority shop...

I'm struggling with the non-alcoholic idea but... soda water and lime (but only if the car is outside the pub)

A decent cup of tea is hard to beat.

But one that always goes down well here, whether it's for brunch at home or in a pub when I am driving is a Bloody Mary, made right*, without the vodka.

                    * made right means tomato juice, lemon juice, hot sauce (Worcester, Tabasco, according to taste), garlic pepper or garlic salt, and a twist of lime.

The only problem with buying that in British pubs is that tomato juice is sold in ridiculously small bottles, which are well overpriced.
