    No Internet use.

Smart phones, smart TVs, laptops, desktops, reading the news, booking holidays, social media, talking bollocks! Where has this totally invasive technology come ?

I wonder if I can give it up for a month? What's the longest in the last few years that you've never been on the Internet???

My phone battery died shortly after posting here on my second evening in the Coronary Care Unit, but that place is a pre-stressed Faraday cage. Luckily they discharged me the next day

I'm sure RH could arrange a 30 day ban if bribed.

The interweb started out quite promising but it's gone right downhill. There is probably more good stuff than ever but it's mired in a sea of awfulness.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

It's full of drivel. I wake up and the first thing I do is reach for a device. My Name is MF and I am an addict.

Fortunately I am with both O2 and BT Broadband. This means I am frequently given the opportunity to take time out from the internet.

Try getting virgin media as your broadband provider. You will get regular periods of time with no internet.

Of course you will have to amuse the kids as they can't watch dodgy videos on youtube.
