We all get new numberic only nicknames that would allow to escape prejudices associated with seeing posts with nicknames about whom you have made your mind :rolleyes

I am not a number, I am a free man.

As long as I can be No .1, then fine by me.

Nobody gives a feck about what you post jabber, so you might as well take 0.

My pick is -1 :)

I guess you are right. That's why you clever chap, Mr AtW, did not have a nickname like Alexei or Dasvidania or Privet or similar. Guess if we all call ourselves as John Smith we will escape all prejudices. But then we also escape ourselves too. That's why a chap with an essex chav name, called Milan, is allowed to destroy the english language but someone with a foreign name has all his trivial mistakes punctually corrected.

I once worked in a team that had two Robs. We called one of them R2. Sad or what.

Perhaps Sandy could be seven of nine?

Dim -- its a fake picture, this is obvious from different shadows cast by the ship behind her and her nose.

Fake like Sandy.

Would you prefer if she did not fake it? :p

Fiddly: I rather like 85 in the movie. Although I do know how to spell zeno... xenomer... xenomorph. 0]

Can I be i? I like the thought of being an imaginary number.

Chico, of course, can be e, he's an irrational number if ever I saw one.

wendigo100

threaded should be pi. :)

Lucifer Box

Are you suggesting that threaded should be pie?
Wendigo, you have set a high bar early on in the day for anyone to better that as today's most humorous comment.

These spellcheckers simply don't cut the mustard nowadays - right spelling, wrong word - fAtter shirley ?

A crazy idea, but here goes...how about posting sensible messages, providing intelligent answers to serious questions, and generally acting like the educated professionals the majority of us are in reality?

I'd need to be a 128-bit integer.
And preferably randomly generated if that's ok.

If they hired two Daves as well you could get a geeky star wars gag in there :D

I doubt it. It is mildly funny (just).
