    Cooking a Zander

A friend who goes fishing has given us a zander. I've never eaten zander. Any recommendations as to what to do with it?

As it's coming up to halloween, try having it with a sorceress. Enjoy a festive zander-witch.

Keep it simple, pan fry in butter or pan fry and serve with a buerre blanc.

Chuck it in the bin and get yourself out for a good ruby murray and lager.

Right. Muscadet, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling?

Muscadet it is. Meursault's great but it's this crisis recessiony thingy that's going on, you know.
