50% nuclear currently, 33% renewable I am told, someone is telling porkies.

He wants to get this 50% target to say that we have beaten nuclear just before the next election.

There was a debate in the Scottish Parliament today about the legaity of EU membership which he ducked. He was going to get his fat arse felt on that as he has been found out that he has been telling porkies.

So he stands up at a different location and tells us all the 50% target.

yes it's true. Scotland produces 15 % (or so) of it's energy from renewables.

If we force Scots to reduce energy consumption from 100% to 30%

then 50% of scots energy will come from renewables
