    He'll deny everything and if that doesn't work he'll come out with some clever spin that will convince the plebs that really it's all for their own good

        Labour has always argued the move removed a distortion in the tax system which encouraged companies to pay out their profits in dividends, rather than reinvest them.

        There you go then. It was all in the interests of fairness and stopping disgusting middle class shareholders from profiteering in their investment in companies thus depriving schools and hospitals of much needed revenue. The bastards.

              Well, we could all take out massive loans on our companies, declare a record profit, pay ourselves a huge divi to some offshore account.
