    complained lots of times but stay away from the place now

      Yep, done that, had the rashes and bought the t-shirt. Wasn't travelodge though; Amsterdam's plenty cheapness lodgings must be among the worst in Europe.

        recently stayed at ringwood and got a full refund.

        premier inn from now on.

              An old hotel that I leased (30 + years ago) had bed bugs in one room. They were brought in via a customer's dog. Bed bugs hide in crevasses usually high up above the bed and drop down at night. They are small and flat but when they suck blood, they bloat. Getting pest control in will not cure the problem.

              The beds and furniture had to be disposed of and the room completely refurbished.

              Do not stay in hotels that allow dogs.
