If someone who's serving sushi doesn't know what a mackerel is, I'd get the hell out of there. You're talking about raw fish FFS, you need people who know exactly what they're doing with it.

He's just the till monkey. I've ordered a delivery from them before and it was fine.

Though the bit where i ordered using the numbers and he translated it into names then spent 5 minutes translating it back ino numbers wasn't fine.

I will complain when i've eaten. I get too grumpy on an empty stomach.

Sounds like you would be better off going to a place that cooks food
