But I guess this could happen. Or it could be intelligence gathering. Or just a cheap way to pump up graduates. I have had one interview (split into two - meet the manager and then meet the technies) that last about that long overall.
My current position had a 20 minuter. I think that some companies use a similar approach to contractors that they do to permies, which gives rise to a very long interview.Comment

Ive had ones where the meeting was 90% the owner telling me about the problems he had before and only 10% of me sympathising with him and me giving examples of similar problems Id solved.Comment
