    pic on cv

    thinking to put my pic on my cv, not for something else just to make it look nicer, but also its been ages since i updated the thing so that be a nice way to freshen it up

        A picture on an IT CV sounds a bit naff to me, although it might avoid the 1 in 1000 risk of an interviewer thinking you were someone else (has been known I'm sure).

        The best way to freshen it up is to try and think of more acronyms and buzz words, IMHO.
