    A Trifling Matter

I'm going to make a trifle for Christmas. This will be my 3rd attempt.

In previous attempts, I've always found that it goes all runny. I'm guessing that this is because I am adding sherry (not too much, I'm following a recipe).

How can I stop my trifle from going all runny? I know there are one or two culinary types on here so eagerly awaiting your answers.

The trick is to control your breathing whilst taking aim.

Don't add the sherry (just drink it as you go ala Keith Floyd) or buy one from the supermarket

            Buy it from M&S. Sorted.
