    How would you feel.

If you'd applied for a job, waited two weeks to hear anything, then received a rejection letter, then three days later you get another email saying actually we'd like to interview you?

Because that's exactly what's happened to three candidates who applied for a role I'm advertising. It took us a couple of weeks to get our crap together so we could review applications in some job system. We spent a few hours ahortlisting candidates only later to discover the internal recruiter had gone through the portal and rejected every candidate!!!

What would you now do as the candidate?
What happens in General, stays in General.

Depends on how desperate I was for the work but my initial impressions would be that your co couldn't organise a pi55 up in a brewery and what could I be letting myself in for.

Two out of my last three gigs were just like that throughout. I thought that this was the new normal, is there anything better out there?
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.
