    How should I feel?

I applied for a job, waited two weeks to hear anything, then received a rejection letter, then three days later I get another email saying they'd actually like to interview me!

Company sounds like it can't get its crap together, so suspect they're mickey mouse outfit.

What should I now do as the candidate?

The boss sounds like a bed wetting pansy who can't properly instruct HR in how to deal with the job applications

Increase your asking price by 20% to compensate.

They offered the job to someone else, they accepted but changed their mind or didn't turn up.

If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.
