Is my turkey (and gammon) still good?

It's been in the fridge (removed from bone, and covered in clingfilm) since Christmas day.

Meant to freeze, but never got round to it.

Is it still safe to eat?

She also says if you die don't go running to her......

It passed the sniff test, and is currently being consumed. Nom, nom.

I'll down some alcohol later to kill any nasty bacteria. Don't want to take unnecessary risks.

I heard the best bacteria killer was alcohol mixed with lots and lots of chocolate.
