    Permie news

    Second day as a permie, haven't been sacked yet but am working on it. Observations;

    - car park OK, plenty of space before 8:30 AM

    - free lunch OK, sandwiches, free beer in fridge for use after 4pm

    - 3 secretaries, one quite fit, one very fit but has 4 kids, one rather young and very fit temp with very tight jeans and pert bottom

    - new MacBook has arrived; jolly good fun too

    - colleagues very friendly

    - recieved a welcome present; some flower bulbs!?!?!

        Apparently I'm going to be expected to do something called 'work'. This will be an entirely new and possibly exciting experience.

            Bit of advice, the 'work' thing is very similar to what you used to **** up as a contractor. Difference is you can't walk away from it now.

                I always thought permies got sacked - contractors got paid to sort out their mistakes?

                  I don't need pics; I see the real thing just as she's bent over to pick up a crate. Should I offer to help? Or should I just gawp?

                    You should take her up the "oxo tower" or "back road" if you are in the country.

                    This permie lark has killed your sex drive hasn't it?
