    Snow and exercise.

I've got no 'equipment' at home. How do you exercise when it's snowy? Running and cycling seem to be a bad idea, although my parkrun are still running tomorrow. Seems like a bad idea - likely to end up in the canal, even if the roads are passable.

Clear the drive? Use a teaspoon.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

Put a few hexagonal headed screws into an old pair of running shoes, you can run on black ice with them.

That's not a bad idea. I've got an old Meccano 2 set somewhere.

          Horizontal jogging?

Seriously, I think dallas has a turbo booster - ask if you can borrow it.

So, the consensus is, I need a screw.

              DIY is not the answer!

Went for a run in the snow this afternoon.

Was quite a bit more effort than usual - bit like doing x-countryafter 3 months rain.
