    im thinking of purchasing my first house , i like to learn from your experience, could you please share if you have any tips

    i started contracting couple of month ago ... before this i was a permie
    im considering buying in london or edinburgh

        I didn't budget well for all the work required on the cheap wreck he bought.

        A sensible person wouldn't buy a wreck without knowing how much work and expense was actually involved.

          Bought my first house in the early 90's, spent a lot of pointless money on it, should have spent it having fun and travelling the world.

          It quadrupled in price so made a fortune regardless.

              my advice would be to buy cash. live in a sh!te hole for a few years if you have to

              investing, like some of the blokes here do is all very well, but not paying interest is a guaranteed sure-fire way of making money

              if thats not possible, then move oop Norf
